Working for an iconic retailer this is a new role for a Senior Analyst to step into a Management role.

Due to a large amount of growth online and investment into the way data is to be used this role of Insight Manager will see you help deliver a three-year data strategy whilst managing a team of two.

Working across all of their brands this role will be a blend of office-based and home working. Along with a competitive salary, you will also receive a generous discount on their products.

The role:

  • Support the Group CRM and Insights Lead to drive and deliver a 3-year strategy to improve customer retention KPIs in line with overall business and marketing goals
  • Build, lead and coach a team of insights professionals to produce high-quality commercial work
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to deliver business goals
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement across the function, continually refining and optimising team organisation (people, processes and tech)
  • Work collaboratively with the CRM Manager and Group CRM and Insights Lead to develop and implement customer segmentation strategies
  • Manage and deliver all customer and marketing reporting across all brands, drawing out key insights and learning, ensuring the automated delivery of weekly, monthly and periodical reporting

About you:

  • Insights specialist with experience of coaching and developing junior analysts within retail environments, fashion industry a bonus
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with BI, data visualisation and analytics platforms, Google Analytics, SQL and Python/R experience a bonus
  • Proven ability to produce complex insights in an easy to digest, presentable format that can be easily shared and understood by business stakeholders
