An established and market-leading talent firm who work within the healthcare industry are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager who will be responsible for designing, leading and implementing the firm-wide brand and marketing strategy.
Reporting directly into the Sales Director and managing three direct reports, this is an exciting role that requires an experienced marketer to take a strategic, yet hands on approach developing and delivering a clear and measurable ROI driven marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy, whilst driving success through implementing clear and measurable SMART objectives
- Create and develop a strong brand in the marketplace through social media management, email communications, website management and suitable PR and corporate communications
- Take pride in and effectively lead and develop the current marketing team
- Track competitive marketing activity, conduct research on client/candidate needs and increase competitiveness in the market
- Lead on in-person and virtual event management
- Work alongside agencies to drive and manage SEO/PPC and related advertising streams, including creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 5+ years marketing experience
- A strong understanding of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Google Products (GA4, Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager), WordPress, Canva, SproutSocial and DotDigital (or similar)
- A proactive individual who is self-motivated and has a creative approach to work
- The ability to effectively manage, support and develop junior team members
- Excellent written and communication skills with a keen interest in design and a great eye for detail
- Organised with a proactive approach to work and someone who is accustomed to working under pressure, to tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
