Your responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the work flow on a daily basis using project management software.
  • Manage freelancers.
  • Scheduling of weekly jobs within the studio.
  • Maintenance of timesheets and job costs.
  • General studio up-keep.
  • Basic HR duties - payroll, review, inductions.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of client meetings.

Your profile:

  • Experience working within a media agency or similar environment.
  • Comfortable with project management software.
  • Pervious experience of managing an individual or a small team.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi task and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be knowledgeable and experienced within a creative environment, whilst supporting a busy and fast-paced team.
