Are you an ambitious Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Executive, looking to work with the leading commercial real estate owners?

EMR are working exclusively with The Better Buildings Partnership to recruit a Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Executive.

The Better Buildings Partnership is a collaboration of leading commercial property owners. It has 35 members with over £240bn Assets Under Management. The aim of the BBP is to deliver market transformation through sustainability leadership and knowledge sharing across the property industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry-leading organisation and become a core member of the BBP Executive.

You will be responsible for engaging and communicating with the BBP's stakeholders to support the effective delivery of the BBP's programme of work. The BBP's knowledge sharing activities are a critical element of the BBP's work and, working closely with the BBP Executive and BBP members, the Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Executive will support the work of the BBP using a wide range of communication channels to engage stakeholders, communicate and promote the organisation and its outputs.

Communications channels will include the website, newsletters, case studies, social media, media partnerships, events and thought-leadership.

Working within a small team and as part of a growing and influential organisation, there is significant opportunity for career development within this role.

If it sounds of interest, your skills and experience will include:

  • Good knowledge of marketing & communications strategy with proven experience of delivering successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in drafting press releases and external-facing publications.
  • Have previous experience in external-facing role managing relationships of a variety of stakeholders.
  • An understanding or experience of sustainability and Environmental, Social & Governance trends for UK businesses.
  • An understanding or experience of the UK real estate sector.
  • A desire to think creatively and continually develop stakeholder engagement & communications programmes aligned with the organisation's core objectives.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, including copywriting, report writing & editing, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of website development/management and a knowledge of web site analytical tools.
  • Experience of using social media platforms and running social media accounts and campaigns.
