Within the department, The Marketing Team has an incredibly broad remit, delivering the marketing strategies and ensuring they support the overall business strategy for the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for preparing and presenting campaign proposals and creative work to a range of internal stakeholders.

The role:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to establish clear marketing objectives and ensure these are delivered against each brief
  • Lead the day to day implementation of marketing activity and campaigns for the marketing roadmap.
  • Manage and execute on multi-channel marketing campaigns (both offline & online)
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers
  • Building strong relationships with key business stakeholders internally
  • Manage a marketing officer

Your profile: -

  • Experience in all elements of the marketing mix - including media (ABL), direct and digital channels (ideally gained within blue chip company, FMCG background, agency or Healthcare organisation or national charity)
  • Wealth of experience in the strategy and tactical delivery of digital marketing, including email, SEO, PPC and social media advertising
  • Experience in managing junior members of the team
  • Commercial experience
  • Good communications skills.
