Reporting directly in to Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing & implementing marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. This is exceptional time to join the organisation while working with large enterprises globally. The role will suit someone who has full marketing mix experience gained within technology sector.

The role:

  • Own and execute outbound marketing/lead generation programs, globally, to drive customer acquisition
  • Work closely with leadership team while developing and executing on go to market strategy
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Responsibility for the corporate website
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners

Your profile:

  • Marketing experience gained from B2B enterprise tech environment (Contact centre services industry desired)
  • Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B lead generation
  • Proven experience in running multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Ad Words & InDesign
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences
  • Proactive, confident self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills; with an ability to quickly develop customer relationships
