  • Planning, design and implementation and of all company internal & external marketing globally
  • Digital marketing - Social media marketing: using social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
  • Key contributor to social media and employee communications channels. Being a champion of issues that connect with our target audience
  • Aware of current industry media and trends
  • Brand management - Maintaining brand communication consistency
  • Corporate communications - Working closely with CEO and senior management to develop strategic communication plans for the business
  • PR - Experience in managing agencies and dealing with media queries in-house
  • Copywriting - e-shots, reports, newsletters, tenders, brochures, bulletins, events stands and other marketing materials, using a combination of external agencies and internal resources
  • Research - Devising ideas for lead generation campaigns both digital and offline
  • Liaising with the Compliance team to ensuring that all communications gain appropriate approvals
  • Managing agency relationships and briefing agencies - being the day to day point of contact
  • Events, exhibitions and other related activities
  • Reporting - Project progress, campaign performance

  • B2B professional services / consultancy experience is essential
  • Experience in leading a small hands-on team
  • Business marketing degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of strategic marketing & planning to include:
    • Developing campaigns/communications
    • Supporting teams to develop targeted and accountable marketing plans
    • Production of high quality marketing collateral
  • Knowledge of the press and key journalists
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and verbal including copywriting and editing
  • A good working knowledge or understanding of Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
  • Superb attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Proactive, well organized and able to work autonomously while dealing with a varied workload
  • UK experience essential
