  • Work with key various business functions to develop and produce relevant marketing collateral
  • Maintain brand policy and guidelines and provide support for teams and offices on corporate branding
  • Ensure that corporate identity, branding, compliance, legal and corporate guidelines and procedures are adhered to
  • Deliver demand generation programmes through a range of marketing channels including email marketing, developing web content, search engine optimisation and PPC, social media, direct mail, advertising and events
  • Develop content and manage updates for the website and disseminate as appropriate across external and internal channels (social media, intranets, e-communications)
  • Lead or support specified corporate, divisional and team hospitality events
  • Plan and manage the marketing plan against key plays identified as drivers for business throughout a fiscal year.


  • Experience in a marketing department or agency, preferably within the insurance / financial services or B2B technology
  • A CIM qualification or equivalent, or currently studying for a CIM or equivalent qualification
  • Proven success in delivering demand generation programmes
  • Understanding of the various marketing and communication components
  • Self-management, planning and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Analysis and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and an ability to multi-task
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis
  • UK experience essential
