A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a global professional services organization on an initial 3 month contract.

The person in this role will work with the EMEA Marketing Lead to support and coordinate all elements related to the event delivery: design, logistics, client management and registration and content management and presentation rehearsals / support. The individual will have to interact with horizontal supporting teams within the Marketing structure (Research, Design, PR - Comms and local teams) and key stakeholders in the business.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing execution

  • Event execution - Partner with the EMEA Marketing, Events and Marketing supporting teams (Design, Creative) and Industrial & Logistics stakeholders team to execute the event
  • Project Management - Take ownership of delivering the projects and tasks and manage all aspects of the execution process
  • Coordination and Alignment - Work as part of the team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the broader marketing communication messaging and customer journey during the event
  • Content Marketing - Work closely with EMEA and local Marketing and Research teams to develop and implement the content and project manage the event deliverables, working to ensure that is leveraged across multiple channels
  • Event Management - Assistance with the client event including venue selection and liaison, invitation coordination, event collateral preparation, logistics and post event evaluations/communications

Digital Marketing

  • Strategy and ideation: Working with our digital teams and vendors to develop digital solutions for internal and external communications
  • Social Media - Strong focus on social media and leveraging them for driving marketing strategies
  • Measurement - Understanding of measurement and ROI

Ideal Experience

  • Good brand marketing and communication skills, especially valuable if events were involved
  • 3 years marketing work experience in progressive and fast paced organisations, preferably multinational corporations in professional service industries. Added Digital marketing qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of the marketing execution process including planning, creation, sign off, distribution, and analysis
