We are looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Executive to join a highly reputable charitable organisation that prides themselves on attracting and retaining the best employees. Your role will see you working with the Direct Marketing Manager to implement and develop a direct marketing programme that's in line with the overarching business strategy (Traditional Marketing Channels).

You will have a direct involvement in the planning and execution of the marketing campaigns and you will be liaising with suppliers and the wider direct marketing team to ensure deadlines are met learning from post campaign analysis is applied.

The ideal candidate should be to evidence previous experience planning and executing direct marketing campaigns (previous experience within a charitable background is preferred) whilst also preparing forecasts and meeting budget targets. You should be passionate, confident and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers at all stages (including agencies, design, print & production teams) communicating and managing campaign requirements
  • Work closely with the wider direct marketing team in the development of future fundraising strategies
  • Monitor and provide cost and income information on individual campaigns
  • Manage and control campaign related income and expenditure budgets for agreed campaigns identifying discrepancies and ensuring re-forecasts are completed to agreed timescales
  • Make recommendations for improvements in targeting where appropriate

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £31,000 per annum, as well as 26 days holiday, a competitive pension, a BUPA cash plan and many more.
