A leading digital agency is currently looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Manager to join its Full-Service department, in charge of managing high traffic consumer websites.

Reporting directly in to the key company stakeholders, and managing a budget of £3m+, the successful Senior Online Acquisition specialist will be responsible for over eight international markets across all digital marketing channels (Native Ads, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, e-CRM and Display/RTB)

Senior Digital Acquisition Manager Key Responsibilites

  • Delivering campaigns across all digital marketing channels (Native Ads, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, e-CRM and Display/RTB) for the companies leading B2C clients across Gaming/Betting/Online dating
  • Create content and ads that convert and manage content optimisation
  • Manage the £3m+ budget and ROI for these channels
  • Look after campaign creation, daily reporting and follow up of the campaigns
  • Oversee and implement a eCRM/email strategy in order to improve customer retention
  • Work in a testing-led environment e.g landing pages, bids, creative etc and conduct web page optimisation to drive further acquisition.

Senior Digital Acquisition Manager Skills/Experience

  • Extensive experience driving engagement and acquisition for leading online, high transactional businesses (ideally from an agency-side environment)
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other online tools (Optimizely, VWO, Mixpanel)
  • Good data-driven experience with an exemplary understanding of ROI measurement, attribution and optimisation
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
