Are you a strategically focused CRM expert with experience in delivering strategy and driving a high performing CRM channel? Would you like to take the lead in developing the global CRM road map for a global luxury travel brand?

My client have over 40 million members worldwide and are looking for a Senior CRM Manager Drive forward the CRM channels and strategy to meet stringent business and revenue objectives as well as optimise on their high performance, high frequency email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help support the Head of CRM in delivering the Global CRM roadmap by taking an active role in the global projects and strategy
  • Ensure the customer journey maximises the lifetime value of their customers by supporting the CRM manager in delivering the smartest, best in class email experience across each territory
  • Thoroughly testing campaigns prior to sign off and send, checking automated campaigns are running effectively
  • Working with other teams to coordinate joined-up brand advertising campaigns, aligned content and on-time delivery
  • Establishing a holistic view of segmentation and recommendations

About you…

  • Experience in creating and maintaining efficient CRM communication workflow
  • Experience in CRM communication via email essential, analysing large-scale, high frequency email campaigns
  • A strategic objective driven approach with experience on driving projects forward
  • Travel/Retail/Luxury experience desirable, particularly internationally
  • Experience of creation and day to day delivery of global CRM strategy desirable.
  • Has a super positive outlook in every situation
