As the Senior CRM Manager, some of your accountabilities will be:

  • Develop the guest contact strategy and translate this into coherent guest contact plans which the campaign team can execute.
  • Set the business contact rules based on solid understanding of business and campaign performance as well as customer insight.
  • Work collaboratively with teams in marketing such as digital team, promotions, brand to deliver best in class guest communications.
  • Optimise & measure campaign performance through continuous improvement and build a T&L environment.
  • Agency & budget management (e.g. campaign management tool, creative agencies, content development).
  • Manage the team of 2 campaign managers.

Skills Required:

  • Solid CRM background, within a B2C brand. ideally 8-10 years +
  • Hands on experience of working with campaign and decision management tools.
  • Strong background in planning customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Operates at both strategic and tactical level by taking high level contract strategy and translating this into campaign delivery programs for campaign managers
  • Solid understanding of business and campaign performance, identify areas for growth and opportunities for trials
