EMR are a leading marketing, communications and digital recruitment specialist, founded in 1994 and based in central London, we are seeking a talented Administration Assistant to support our sales activities.

The role's key responsibilities are based around the successful support of contract sales team, such as setting up new contractors on our systems, meeting compliance requirements, reporting, overseeing the terms process and handling queries in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Verify details of temporary assignments, create candidate profiles and contracts within the payroll and on-line contract / timesheet system.
  • Work with Consultants to ensure the contract module is maintained within the on-line portal, ensure all contractors agree the necessary documentation.
  • Resolve temporary assignment queries - rates, notice period, billing requirements - by liaising with sales staff, payroll staff and credit control staff.
  • Be responsible for amendments to EMR's terms of business, liaising with sales staff to ensure accurateness and issuing amendments to clients.
  • First point of call for contractor queries.
  • Pre-employment screening checks for contract team and business-wide.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Interaction with outside bodies to expand knowledge of legal requirements for the industry and imparting this to the business.
  • Gain basic knowledge of contractor payroll systems to act as emergency back-up for this department.
  • Assisting with candidate enquires from the website.
  • Assisting with generating reports.
  • Assisting the wider support team and any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidates should have:

  • Strong administration capabilities, able to manage multiple actions at the same time and consistency delivery a high level of service.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Very good attention to detail, the role can be fast paced and the ability to ensure accuracy is paramount.
  • Well organised and self-motivated, with a confident manner and good communications.
  • Track record in a similar role is ideal, as is awareness of compliance, payroll or contractor management.
  • Stakeholders management skills are preferable.

We offer a fun and supportive culture, in which you will be continually trained and developed. The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 based on experience, plus market leading benefits and incentives.
