Description

Reporting to the Head of the department, your role will be varied and exciting and include but not limited to:

  • To provide first point of contact for customers' telephone and internet letting enquiries and present a positive image to the prospective customers of Workspace Group
  • To assist with the smooth administrative running of the marketing department

Your profile: -

  • Ownership of Enquiries targets and results.
  • Sales training and experience, preferably Telesales and Online.
  • Strong relationship builder at all levels.
  • High level of I.T. literacy - good working knowledge of Word and Excel packages and ability to quickly learn and use new database/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communications skills
  • Knowledge and experience within the property sector, preferably commercial property (desirable)

You'll have an entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to build and maintaining customer relationship and satisfaction.
