Description
A boutique real estate investment management business is looking for a sales and marketing manager to join their business. Reporting to the sales and marketing director, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities aimed at the U.K market.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the sales and marketing of luxury private residences
- Create and provide marketing materials
- Guide pricing and positioning in line with business objectives
- Drive events, social and PR for launches and ongoing news generations in line with the business' vision
- Manage UK specific events and sponsorships
- Lead and manage brand marketing and develop region-wide brand guidelines
- Occasional travel within the U.K
Requirements:
- Strong marketing experience in luxury-brands and marketing to HNW client is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in a broad marketing role
- Experience in financial services is advantageous
- Experience in planning and managing events
This is an opportunity to join an ultra-luxury business brand who is expanding in the U.K. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to becoming permanent.
