Description

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of Retail Marketing programme across the business and partner stakeholders
  • Management and ownership of Retail Business unit annual and quarterly plans including marketing activity
  • Regular engagement with stakeholders, planners and product teams to understand objectives for in-branch activity
  • Agree in-branch marketing requests and be the gatekeeper to in-branch marketing activity
  • Ensure effective Performance Targets and Metrics are in place, running a retail channel scorecard
  • Review annual and quarterly plans to meet agreed commercial and Group Marketing objectives from a Retail/branch perspective
  • Measurement and reporting of quarterly plans for internal and external stakeholders; analysis, recommendation and optimisation of marketing activity for all stakeholders
  • Team budget and resource management and reporting
  • Able to interact and influence at a senior stakeholder level and represent each business unit externally and internally
  • Previous experience working in marketing planning and/or retail is desirable

Requirements:

  • Understanding of in-branch marketing experience from a well-known retail provider
  • Track record of space planning / channel planning
  • Knowledge across marketing disciplines including ATL, customer, digital, performance marketing
  • Media planning and measurement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • UK experience essential
