A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Member Services Coordinator to join a leading Trade Association within the Telecommunications industry. Reporting into the Senior Manager for Member Services, you will play a vital role in the smooth-running of a busy and fast-paced team.

This is a contract role looking for an immediate start, with the possibility of an extension or permanent position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Answer prospect care queries.
  • Member relationship management and the handling of all customer care queries.
  • You will be processing changes to membership details.
  • You will be involved in communicating details to existing members.
  • You will be liaising with finance for the purposes of invoicing and payments.
  • You will be ensuring that all materials relating to membership are kept up to date.

Your profile:

  • You are conscientious, detailed and enthusiastic team player.
  • You are happy to work on various projects to support members and the membership team.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a self-starter who looks for new challenges.
  • You are fully computer literate and ideally have used Salesforce before.
  • You have great customer care skills.
