Due to unprecedented growth, they are expanding their marketing research team. They have a supportive and 'people first' culture with extensive collaboration across teams. You will be given the responsibility to run projects and surveys alongside stakeholders as well as managing agencies.

You will work closely with the Marketing Research Manager on a variety of B2C and B2B projects to produce valuable insights that will improve customer experience and targeting as well as overall performance. You will enjoy turning data and research into actionable insights and interesting stories.


  • Manage the full cycle of multiple research projects
  • Design and carry out a variety of surveys for different parts of the business
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to setting the research strategy
  • Brief and manage research agencies
  • Turn data into insights and deliver them in an engaging way


  • Experience with Excel, SPSS, Survey tools and Google Analytics
  • Creative and able to come up with new ideas about new methods
  • Experience of moderating focus groups
  • Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Desire to progress into a strategic planning role
