Are you a beauty/cosmetics marketer, interested in leading the marketing strategy for one of the fastest growing brands within the luxury space? Although a strong brand globally, they are new to the UK market and are looking to grow their market share significantly.

Some of your accountabilities as the Marketing Manager will be:

  • Develop brand objectives and strategies including all aspects of the mix: Product, price positioning, distribution, in store activities and communication.
  • Working with Sales Managers and stores, develop and execute all UK window campaigns.
  • Work with Retail and Training Manager to develop an on-brand training program for all employees.
  • Track launches and sites performances, to tailor and tweak existing local strategies.
  • Work closely with the digital function, to implement digital and CRM campaigns.
  • Work with PR Manager to get press coverage for new products and create PR stories for the brand

Skills required:

  • A solid marketing background, ideally within Luxury Cosmetics or fragrance.
  • A broad marketing skill-set, able to shape and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • You will be able to localise a global brand strategy, to make it relevant for the UK consumer.
  • You must be able to implement new processes, in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • The ability to influence at all levels of a business.
