Are you a digitally savvy marketing manager, interested in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for one of the UK's most promising start-ups? Operating in the food-tech space, the business has all the foundations in place for fast paced growth on a global scale.

After appointing a Managing Director with an impressive track record in Marketing, they are now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and grow their marketing function. Some of your accountabilities will be:

  • P&L responsibility - Overall responsibility for delivering revenue targets.
  • Planning, developing and deploying the marketing plan across all touchpoints.
  • Management of marketing budget.
  • Responsibility for the website, developing content and optimising the sales funnel.
  • Marketing analytics - Overall responsibility for analysing trends, effectiveness of media, purchase funnel and the optimisation of the plan based on this data.
  • Team management - Developing internal talent and external agencies to deliver our long and short term objectives.
  • Product Development - Working with cross functional teams to constantly enhance products, bringing the customer into the room to ensure all developments have insight at their heart.

Skills Required:

  • A solid marketing background within a B2C business, ideally with digital at its heart.
  • A deep understanding of both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate inside and outside the organization to develop consensus and create strong relationships.
  • Strong academic record is advantageous.
  • Hunger to solve complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage customer research, data, and industry trends to drive results.
