Reporting directly in to CEO, your role will be varied and exciting and include developing marketing strategy and communications while working closely with leadership team, making sure the marketing strategy is aligned with the overall business strategy.

The main objectives of the role include:

  • Development of Marketing Strategy
  • Working closely with Sales team to shape marketing strategy so it is aligned with sales objectives & revenue targets
  • Development and implementation of the brand strategy
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners

Your profile:

  • Experience in general marketing role within B2B sector
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented
  • Proactive, confident self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills; with an ability to quickly develop customer relationships
