  • Create on and offline content strategy with input from key internal teams which is aligned to overall strategic goals and marketing activity
  • Build and manage a content/editorial calendar in line with our brand values and social purpose
  • Develop and lead on new website content (copy, photography, blogs, video) which directly improves customer engagement
  • Ensure all content on POS collateral is up-to-date, consistent and up-to-date
  • Integrate and work with SEO team to ensure all content meets SEO and content standards
  • Develop content ideas which drive organic traffic to site and increase SEO rankings for key search terms and support customer acquisition and retention
  • Analyse and review performance of online content with SEO team against key metrics and implement learnings
  • Work with internal teams to ensure content development and distribution across all social media channels are in line with content strategy and, increases natural online presence, social community engagement and brand awareness
  • Work with social media team to ensure efficiencies and processes around content creation are shared and reused in digital channels
  • Develops and drives plan to ensure content is distributed effectively, in the correct channels, to maximise reach, engagement and ROI
  • Works with UX and Design team to make sure our website is fit for purpose to host all digital content requirement


  • Experience in content strategy development, content production or online publishing.
  • Experience in developing, executing and planning content in all offline and digital channels
  • Proven experience of delivering content in top FTSE 500 organisations
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas
  • Strong experience of Content, SEO and marketing best practices
  • Strong copywriting and creative story development experience with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong experience working with bloggers (internal or external) and PR
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent understanding and experience of content management systems (CMS)
  • Must have UK experience
