Are you a bright, ambitious Marketing Assistant looking to further your career in a globally renowned commercial consultancy, focusing on the delivery of corporate bids and tenders?

Your role will see you work within the Bid and Marketing function to evolve and deliver the corporate marketing, communication and bid strategy, by playing a role to ensure our internal communications and bid processes are considered, cohesive and consistent with our strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Playing a key role in the bid administration process:
    • Manage the induction for bids and communications
    • Identify proposal status and outcomes
    • Deal with client/consultant enquiries
  • Support on the e-Tender process and Set up e-tender portal memberships/accreditation and accounts
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations to ensure relevant project information is clearly and professionally communicated.
  • Management of campaigns i.e project of the week

About you

  • Highly systems-oriented, especially with ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Excellent copywriting skills and eye for design
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, focused with a strong desire to achieve
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. Flexibility to cope with multiple tasks/deadlines
  • Professional, credible and able to provide clear, concise advice
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills at all levels
