IR Manager

Reporting to the Head of IR, you will be responsible for corporate clients and non-clients IR service.

Responsibilities Include:

Roadshows

• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors
• Develop & implement investor relations programs/IR planners for corporate clients
• Roadshow planning (i.e. agree dates with corporates) and focused investor targeting
• Liaise with corporate clients regarding presentation materials
• Assist in the preparation of communication material as necessary
• Hosting salesforce presentations and institutional lunches
• Collating and compiling detailed institutional feedback post institutional meetings
• Accompanying corporate clients to institutional meetings /site visits

Marketing

• Proactively agree with corporate broker/financier the investor contact programme for target clients
• Organise and attend IR strategy presentations as required and produce and present the required information
• Attending pitches, salesforce presentations and institutional lunches

Shareholder Analysis & Market Analysis Reports

• Assist in the production of shareholder analysis and market analysis reports
• Respond to shareholder analysis queries
• Oversee the production of shareholder analysis reports

Internal

• Assist in the organisation of AGM's
• Attending AGM's when necessary
• Proxy chasing if necessary
• Answering corporate queries on share price/market
• Updating systems & investor relations databases

Experience/Skills Required:

• FCA approved ideally
• IR/Corporate Access/Corporate Broking experience
• Strong relationship building and client service skills
• Analytical and strong communicator
• Team player
