As the Social Media Manager, you will spearhead the growth and optimization of their video channels, with a key emphasis on TikTok and YouTube.

This role plays a critical part in broadening their presence on these platforms, ensuring that their content is prominently displayed for every educational search term pertinent to the target audience.

This is a remote role with a Salary of £45,000 - £55,000.

Key Responsibilities :

• Craft and implement thorough strategies for the brand's TikTok and YouTube channels, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

• Use SEO techniques to optimize video content for maximum visibility and ranking across all platforms.

• Take the lead in generating, producing, and refining high-quality video content for both TikTok and YouTube platforms. Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and educators to develop engaging and relevant videos that appeal to the target audience.

• Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders, outlining successes, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

• Track channel performance metrics, such as views, engagement, subscriber growth, and conversion rate.
