An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive join an award winning life and health insurance provider on an initial 3 month contract.

Overall Job Purpose

This is a fluid role to help the team deliver the marketing deliverables that have been committed to. As a result your work will interchange between member engagement and retention communications as well as general customer correspondence.

Accountabilities

  • You will work alongside the wider customer experience team to ensure that customer correspondents work holistically alongside the wider journey
  • You will work with the following business owners to produce correspondence and communications relating to their area: Language Lab, product, systems, operations, servicing, claims, underwriting, finance, retentions, and commissions.
  • You will manage 'change communications' to members, for example communicating premium or product changes.
  • You will be a competent copywriter with exceptional attention to detail, who can produce a range of integrated communications (including, letters, emails, and web copy) that deliver on the proposition consistent to brand consistency.
  • You will be responsible for driving take-up of our Go-Green option, which allows clients to receive correspondence electronically. You will also be responsible for working on a project to migrate the plan documents online. As part of this, you will be responsible for reducing print fulfilment costs of the notifications.
  • You will manage the relationship with the fulfilment house, ensuring they send out the correspondence in the most cost efficient way, and to the high standards of our brand.
  • You will champion our brand to your contacts in SA to ensure that the work they produce for us reflects our standards in their business areas.
  • You will be responsible for getting approval of marketing collateral through rigorous internal approval processes (including compliance, legal and product).
  • Responsible for managing your own FP assets to the set used by dates, including review, extensions, or made obsolete as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal colleagues (in UK and SA).

Skills Required

  • University level education or equivalent
  • Proven marketing experience
  • Financial Services background would be ideal
  • Experience working in a fast paced business environment
  • Experience of writing clear and concise customer communications
  • Experience dealing with technical, complex communications
  • Excellent team worker and relationship builder, with internal parties
