A great opportunity for an immediately available Marketing and Communications Manager to join a well established FinTech organisation.

You will work within the Customer Experience team to develop customer lifecycle communications that demonstrate the unique brand and support a first class payments service for small to medium businesses. You will need to have experience writing across multiple channels and developing brand awareness and education tactics.


Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated communications that support customers at every touch point in their
journey, including web, email and print.
- Custodian of all customer facing collateral, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance
with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders from across the business to identify and develop
communication requirements.
- Create detailed copy briefs and work with the Creative team to ensure on-time delivery of
materials within an agile working environment.

Key Skills:

- 3+ years experience in a B2B communications or marketing related discipline.
- Prior experience in developing targeted communication materials across online and offline
channels, including emails, brochures and web.
