Description

The role:
Responsible for the development and execution of the marketing, communications and digital strategy;
Build and manage the marketing and communications budget;
Lead the team on all aspects of digital marketing maximise ROI, increase traffic and ultimately sales & conversion;
Analyse and optimise all digital activities;
Develop and manage the content/ marketing calendar in line with company-wide activities;
Lead the development and execution of a Social Media Strategy;
Maintain a proactive media relations strategy and being the voice of the company;
Train, motivate, coach and retain high performers in the marketing team;
Equip the ambassadors with the most effective resources and tools;
