Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and execute the marketing strategy, working closely with the global and regional Managing Directors
  • Help shape the business proposition
  • Position the business as a thought leader in the digital transformation space with appropriate content and a clear distribution strategy in key markets (events, PR and social media)
  • Support sales teams with best in class sales collateral (strong product, customer, and student stories); be a constantly customer-centric thinker and researcher
  • Plan and execute campaigns in key markets to generate leads for our telesales and corporate sales teams, constantly optimising performance (media, creative, website performance, customer journey optimisation and lead nurturing)
  • Understand the corporate universe as it relates to professional training and qualifications; build segments/personas for each brand to target appropriate prospects
  • Track marketing against the revenue plan, ensuring regular and accurate reporting
  • Improve upon our core methodology for building a corporate sales and marketing pipeline and work closely with the sales team to apply it
  • Own and manage the marketing budgets
  • Manage team of 6-7 based in EMEA, APAC and US; help define efficient marketing model to support global expansion
