An offshoot of one of the world's largest supply chain network orchestrators based in Hong-Kong is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing, working remotely. That startup was founded to create digital ventures that will transform the supply chain and retail industries.

They are looking for a senior product-led Head of Growth Marketing to drive growth as they go from 0-1 with their latest digital venture. You will own, implement and scale their product-led strategy for a new start-up B2B SaaS Fashion Collaboration App as they go-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a growth marketing strategy in conjunction with the leadership team for B2B SaaS start-up
  • Plan, execute and measure data-driven product-led marketing campaigns and experiments that acquire users and create revenue/upsell opportunities
  • Investigate and test new channels to acquire users and communicate with our existing users, including community building, ambassador programs and power-user engagements
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content to drive awareness, education and engagement of both new and existing users
  • Manage all social media platforms (inc. SEO) and drive content creation
  • Partner closely with our Product, Engineering and Design teams to identify and execute experiments with our product

Key Skills & Experience

  • Passion for great user experience and creating data-backed programs as they drive self-service/low-touch adoption and growth
  • Previous Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment building communities
  • Product-led growth marketing experience, specifically in a freemium to paid model
  • A track record of rapidly scaling strategies and experiments that drive user acquisition in a 0-1 environment
  • Understanding of B2B Marketing automation and measurement systems, and a passion for no-code tools
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering and Design teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • A love for data and strong analytic skills will the ability to analyze business performance metrics, KPIs and pivot where the data is telling you to
