Head of Brand

£70000 - £95000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Development of guidelines for all branded content and collateral (online and offline) to create an engaging brand presence that drives customer understanding and awareness of our products and services and promotes brand affinity
  • Development of content to promote online discoverability
  • Oversight of all customer colleague and media communication meet our brand strategies
  • Work collaboratively with all Digital and Product teams to ensure all new product and feature developments are 'on brand'
  • Ensure that the customer experience delivers on brand promises
  • Lead on market research and analysis
  • Set the creative, tone, style and quality standards of all branded communications across the all the channels
  • Proactive management of the creative agencies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior management role with demonstrable experience of direct consumer marketing
  • B2C brand management experience is essential
  • Financial services is preferred but experience in consumer / tel cos / food / retail / FMCG / agency would all be considered
  • Significant experience in developing and executing brand, creative and media strategies
  • Extensive project / people management skills - able to lead and influence effectively across traditional and matrix management structures
  • Extensive financial services experience within a consumer finance specific environment
  • Sound technical knowledge of marketing including customer communication, branding and advertising campaigns
  • Agility- ability to move quickly and easily and adapt to meet changing priorities
  • Creativity and visionary
  • Experience of managing teams to deliver creative content online and offline
  • Significant experience of managing creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns and communications to brand guidelines
  • Experience of directing qualitative and quantitative research campaigns
  • UK experience please!
