Description

My clients is looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, persuasive and analytical. You will be a collaborative leader and someone who relishes in working in a fast paced environment. You will have had experience of leading a cultural change programme and will have the experience of interrogating data to extract trends and make recommendations to a business.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the customer experience strategy which will include the global roll out of the global CX programme
  • You will conduct client interviews, coach surveyors, interrogate and analyse to indentify trends and make recommendations to the business
  • Translate business strategy and objectives into practical customer experience
  • Lead customer experience programmes on a global scale
  • Connections to, knowledge of the property and construction industry will be useful
  • Mapping the customer journey, identifying key opportunities and areas of improvements
  • Developing and hosting launch events and workshops
  • Conducting customer interviews

The successful candidate will have experience if working in marketing, communications and customer experience roles in a professional services environment
