A fantastic opportunity for an Events Manager with tradeshow experience to join a global Fintech organisation.

In this position you will support the business through effective and efficient planning, coordination and execution of regional trade shows. This role acts as the central point of contact for all tradeshow activity and is responsible for ensuring booth properties, budgeting, communications, and cross functional team stakeholder needs are met.

You will work closely with the business partners and marketing communication team to determine show participation and calendar of events. Also work with marketing and creative teams to ensure event goals are met through effective messaging, creative delivery and appropriate booth traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of tradeshows and events to support corporate messaging and goals
  • Manages the planning, coordinating and execution of all U.K. based trade shows
  • Maintain close relationships to external vendors
  • General event management, seminars round tables

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years experience in event management
  • Tradeshow events experience
  • Fintech, FS or Tech background desired but not essential
