A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an evaluation analyst to join a trusted financial services business who believes in putting its employees first. Reporting to the head of business insight, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against business objectives and targets.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Producing campaign evaluation reports to measure the impact of marketing activities
  • Managing evaluation plans for all communication activities to articulate measurable objectives and targets
  • Coordinating evaluation group meetings
  • Presenting data analysis and findings to the wider team and stakeholders
  • Using previous learnings to support with pre marketing campaign analysis and targeting
  • Working with campaign and communication manager to understand their objectives and how evaluation can support that

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of marketing activities and communication methods
  • Strong experience in identifying metrics for campaign and communication activities
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Tableau or other dashboards is highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of data analysis
  • Experience in working in financial services is advantageous but not essential
