An exciting EMEA Business Development Executive joining a Big 4 service line.

A global Big 4 firm based in London are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their superb Tax team. Reporting to the EMEA BD Leader, you will be responsible for growing regional growth as well as driving internal collaboration across the sub-service Lines. As a pivotal member of the EMEA and Global Tax BD teams, you will also support and collaborate with Partners and other senior team members to plan and implement the Tax go-to-market strategy through to 2020.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Leader's marketing strategy and agenda for EMEA Tax.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends to support client growth initiatives with the regional BD leaders, as well as holding internal leadership meetings to report on regional performance.
  • Supporting senior BD Tax colleagues in delivering targeted client-centric marketing campaigns and BD efforts.
  • Monitoring Tax client revenues for the key accounts in each region.
  • Measuring success across other service lines and driving collaboration, as well as sub-service line client success.
  • Have a solid understanding of the EMEA Tax pipeline and performance, reporting to seniors on progress and future direction.

Skills, Attitude & Experience:

  • Track record of blue-chip or mid-tier client BD/sales planning (research, planning, and coordination of client growth) in a Big 4, other professional services, large corporate or financial services organisation.
  • Excellent project management and multi-tasking abilities to juggle multiple projects in the pipeline.
  • Strong networking and relationships skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels, and influence decisions.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to recommend solutions from pipeline metrics.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good commercial awareness across industries, and knowledge of Tax, Consulting or Audit would be highly advantageous.
