An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Email Marketing Executive to join a London based Financial Services Membership Body.

The Email Marketing Executive will have demonstrable experience of operational delivery and tactical ownership of end-to-end email campaign management. You will also help shape how the company manage email marketing in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, build, quality assure and dispatch emails and newsletters
  • Build, import and segment data for emails and newsletters
  • Source, write and utilise existing content for campaigns
  • Ensure correct campaign tagging within all campaigns
  • Ensure testing and optimisation of all email and newsletter sends
  • Monitor and optimise content against key metrics including CTR, open rates and deliverability
  • Creation, maintenance and continual improvement of automated email campaigns
  • Maintain brand and channel standards with stellar attention to detail
  • Track email best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Solid working knowledge of email systems
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Platforms: ClickDimensions, Access
  • Confident user of HTML and CSS
  • Practical working knowledge of automation, journey building, triggers, sequencing and a/b testing
  • Good knowledge of data and databases
  • Strong creative skills, ideally InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Multi-tasker, with a positive attitude to getting the job done
  • Good stakeholder management and an effective communicator
