A leading technology organisation is seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager to join the central Marketing team based in their brand new offices in central London.

This company is long-established and a leader in their space; a truly reputable brand to be working for.

Reporting into the VP of Marketing and Communications you will be responsible for planning and implementing monthly marketing campaigns to drive quotes, conversions, minimise sell cycles, and optimise ROMI. These campaigns will be pan-European and will utilise a range of channels as appropriate, across warm, cold, existing and other sources. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Content and Brand teams, as well as external agencies, to drive demand which will contribute to measurable outcomes. This role will also be responsible for the ROI measurement of local campaigns.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Initiate and deliver end-to-end data-driven online/offline e-marketing (Eloqua) campaigns
  • Create Acquisition plans which will improve Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Accepted Leads
  • Devise and publish regular performance reports
  • Consider a full mix of Direct Marketing channels, be aware of new channel opportunities and create multi-channel campaigns to drive
  • Promote close working relationships between the Lines of Business, Operating Companies, Corporate Marketing Team, and the broader organisation to ensure best collective output in order to achieve business goals (e.g. customer profiling and targeting, media planning, creative development, etc).
  • Work with, and manage day-to-day relationships with, creative agencies and print providers to ensure collateral is produced in advance of campaigns
  • Develop campaign workflows to support portfolio of offerings & events calendar
  • Continuously test, monitor & optimise the effectiveness of all lead nurture & events campaign workflows
  • With agency support, document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance uptake, governance and marketing productivity

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in Direct Marketing, with hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Eloqua is ideal, or Marketo)
  • Demonstrable, Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with business intelligence tools - database queries/reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross functional teams
  • Ability to cope well in a busy environment and manage multiple campaigns at any one time
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
