Our client; a stylish high street retailer and growing lifestyle brand are looking for E-Commerce Assistant Merchandiser to join their expanding offices. You role as E-Commerce Merchandiser is to ensure that the website reflects and enhances our clients brand values whilst also ensuring that campaigns re-interpreted and executed online. If you have existing experience in creating trade reports and you wish to move to a more reputable brand then this role will be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring product launches and campaign launches are delivered on time
  • Applying awareness of online shopping and competitive market within product/category areas. Feeding back where necessary.
  • Using Google Analytics to monitor and analyse customer behaviour on the site and taking action accordingly.
  • Identify ways to drive conversion
  • Ensuring product pages are optimised by rankings and other factors to aid customer experience
  • Working with Marketing on set up and testing new promotions
  • Work with the Category manager on trading calendar/activity recommendations

Personal Requirements

  • Knowledge and passion about online and multi-channel retail and customer experience
  • Highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Able to create reports and present recommendations
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of website analytics tools, such as core metrics, Omniture and other insight tools to improve revenue
  • Ability to communicate effectively; work well with a team and have a pro-active, 'can-do' attitude.
