A leading prestigious and global Airline is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Ecommerce team based in Heathrow. You will be responsible for maximising online sales, managing campaigns, content management, digital acquisition and web analytics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the cross-channel implementation (website, E-acquisition) of all tactical and non-tactical campaigns, ensuring campaign brief is accurate and live in a timely manner while coordinating with other internal stakeholders and HQ as necessary
  • Proactively review campaign process internally, with HQ and with the agency in order to cope with the challenging demand of the very busy campaign calendar
  • Optimize the use of the websites as communication tools by proactively planning and writing content for local pages to maximize the promotion of offers, products & services (i.e. new destinations)
  • Test the site, report and solve website issues that could have a detrimental effect on revenue, customer experience or legal compliance

Key skills and experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent command of English, with good copywriting skills
  • Agency management experience
