Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a The Digital Marketing Executive to work for a Property company based in Wimbledon.

The Executive will be digitally focused, working on a variety of digital campaigns and projects, including PPC management, social media, website updates and digital advertising.

Key tasks and responsibilities


  • Manage and expand existing PPC accounts in Adwords and Bing network
  • Optimise campaigns to the agreed budgets and targets
  • Report on performance of campaigns
  • Updating and writing of ad copy, keyword research and undertake competitor analysis on a regular basis in order to identify new opportunities
  • Manage the relationship with digital agency and oversee regular meetings

Social media

  • Assist in implementing and growing the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy to raise brand awareness, generate engagement, create conversation and ultimately deliver website visits and conversions
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the Group social media channels
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to support group activity through social campaigns

Portal management

  • Manage the creation of portals advertising to promote brand awareness and drive traffic to the website
  • Budget review and reporting of portals including Rightmove and
  • Working with the wider marketing team to ensure tracking and metrics are correctly implemented, reviewed and measured

Digital and content marketing

  • Maintain and develop the CMS including the creation of new web pages and/or content sections within the CMS
  • To be the key contact for website related requests from internal stakeholders
  • Manage KFH website support email account and phone enquiries promptly and efficiently to ensure stakeholders are supported
  • Responsible for management of property feed information and working with our external agency to troubleshoot any issues
  • Maintain geographical polygon data and other data sources as required
  • Assisting in the development and collation of content for use across multiple platforms which may include website, social media, blogs, and emails working with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for research, background information and internal resources to support digital marketing campaigns
  • Working with the wider marketing team to ensure tracking and metrics are correctly implemented, reviewed and measured


  • Capturing and enhancing branch listings on Google knowledge graph
  • Development of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Copy writing for various internal and external channels including website, intranet and portal advertising
