ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible or the day-to-day implementation of the marketing and social media strategies for three digital channels
  • You will be working closely with the editorial, production and sales teams to identify and maximise content reach and results for our clients and our own brands
  • You will be managing regular email campaigns across UK, Europe and International targets, including copywriting, managing language translations, version control, database management and maintenance, analytics and reporting
  • You will take charge of the day-to-day management of all social media accounts across the three digital channels, including creating content, drafting posts, scheduling, community management, analytics and reporting
  • You will also be involved in the creation and management of a variety of online newsletters and blog posts, including content ideas, themes and copywriting
  • You will be developing and managing online advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, retargeting adverts, budget management, analytics and reporting
  • You will also look after the creation and management of online consumer competitions, including copywriting, promotion and entry process

ABOUT YOU:

  • You will have experience with content marketing, PR or digital experience, ideally gained within an agency environment or digitally led brand or organisation and a mix of consumer and b2b experience
  • You will also have a thorough working knowledge of Campaign Monitor or similar email marketing tool, all social media platforms, online and social media advertising, SEO and analytics
  • You will have sound knowledge of the digital and content marketing landscape, including the latest trends and tools and the ability to make recommendations based on this
  • You have strong social media and community management experience across multiple clients and accounts Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, including email marketing, social media posts and blogs
  • Adept at building, researching and maintaining accurate databases
  • You are confident in digital analytics and reporting
  • You are a strong team player, self-starter and can-do attitude
  • You are creative, passionate and keen to contribute ideas and recommendations and also are flexible and able to use own initiative
  • Must be happy taking responsibility and accountability for their own work and be comfortable making decisions, under guidance from line manager
