A leading consumer lifestyle brand is currently seeking a driven, creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Director to help drive its ambitious growth plans.

The successful Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for building and executing a multi-channel, digitally focused marketing and communications strategy and will move seamlessly from high-level strategy to hands-on campaign delivery.

Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy and lead the team on all aspects of Social Media, SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliates, eCRM to maximise ROI and increase traffic and conversion
  • Provide hands-on management and creation of all content through CMS
  • Develop and manage the content calendar in line with company-wide initiatives
  • Develop the Social Media strategy
  • Manage the agency relationships (including Web Development and Digital Monetisation)
  • Manage creative output of campaigns, supported by the in-house designer
  • Analyse and optimise all digital activity

Digital Marketing Director Essential Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience leading a team, with a hands-on approach
  • Proven success across all aspects of digital marketing from strategy development through to execution and then reporting/analysis
  • A passion for all things social, staying abreast of social media trends
  • Full understanding of SEO and PPC best practise
  • CMS experience (ideally WordPress)
