A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented CRM and Retention Marketing Manager to join a global Fintech organisation based in Central London. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for developing strategy and execution of all customer communications as well as implementing the loyalty and retention program.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, create and execute the CRM and retention strategy with the internal team and external agencies
  • Brief and produce communications, ongoing reporting and ongoing optimization of the CRM program
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create and deliver loyalty programs
  • Drive the customer segmentation and optimisation projects
  • Lead ongoing customer communications via email and SMS
  • Deliver CRM marketing campaigns
  • Implement new initiatives and channels for existing customer loyalty and retention

Role requirements:

  • Marketing qualifications such as a degree or diploma are desirable
  • Experience in running retention campaigns, CRM and strategy
  • Strong experience in using Sales Force Marketing Cloud and data manipulation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Experience in working in a regulated environment is highly advantageous
  • Strong third party agency management experience
  • Understanding of front end development and HTML building
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
