Description

Responsibilities:

  • Offline activity including print ads, industry reports and flyers
  • Evolve and manage the visual branding for both b2c and b2b customer bases
  • Translate the brand into print and digital marketing experiences and campaigns
  • Design stunning bespoke creative to support marketing campaigns
  • Using your UX/UI experience, design on-brand, responsive platforms for customers to quote, purchase and manage their motor insurance
  • Develop user flows and wireframes for new initiatives
  • Design mobile experiences for our customers including mobile sites and apps
  • Produce conversion-focused designs based on experience and best practice
  • Run tests in collaboration with team to optimise conversion and improve marketing performance
  • Achieve cut through on social by integrating eye catching bespoke imagery into content calendar

Requirements:

  • Experience of creating illustrations as brand elements across on and offline
  • User Interface and graphic design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design talent
  • A master of Adobe Creative Suite
  • HTML 5 and CSS is a must, as is experience of designing and coding emails for platforms such as MailChimp
  • Experience of working with WordPress or similar CMS
  • Demonstrable experience in developing high impact offline / print design
  • Excellent technical understanding of design and UX principles
  • Comfortable designing mobile experiences including native apps and mobile web
  • UK experience
