About you

  • You will have strategic level experience in a copywriting and content editorial role, as well as the experience of working in a fast-paced environment (preferably B2B but not essential)
  • Experience in customer journey/content planning
  • You will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can draw insights and recommendations out of data and reporting.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise, demonstrate effective time management.


About the role

  • You will help to develop messaging and strategy for email and web communications as well as manage the content bank used to populate communications.
  • Analyse content and communications reporting.
  • Write copy for all audience segments.
  • Check all copy for accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Work with internal teams to make sure that content is passed along in a timely manner.

About the client

A global loyalty and benefits company based in central London, the group help to develop and deliver market-leading loyalty and service products and solutions to a wide range of clients. This role sits within their loyalty division, an agency specialising in CRM, loyalty marketing, and building customer devotion.
