A leading independent music company is looking to hire a creatively minded Content Manager to deliver the monthly BAU requirements for content, globally.

The successful candidate will be the conduit between business stakeholders and the creative department to deliver the global content strategy with highly relevant and engaging, impactful content for both their B2B and B2C customers. This will include a mix of editorial and utility content.

Content Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Owner of the monthly content schedule to be finalised and communicated 6-8 weeks ahead of delivery
  • Owner of the content schedule pre-production process
  • Work with Creative Ops to fulfil all requirements across copy, imagery, design and video across the business
  • Act as an editor for copy to ensure story ideation is brought to life as defined with the content plan
  • Leadership of 2 direct reports - Social Media Manager and a Content Executive

Content Manager Essential Skills/Experience

  • Extensive experience leading and managing content ideation and content process from concept to delivery for a global business
  • Evidence of accomplished social media leadership within a global business from a strategic, creative and commercial view
  • Experience working with CMS systems and platforms
  • Knowledge of content and SEO tools (such as SEM rush/SEO Moz/Similar Web)
  • Experience working in Music or Fashion industry very much desired
