An exciting Content & Social Media Executive opportunity has arisen to join a leading hospitality business that has ambitious future-plans.

This position will be well suited to someone who is passionate about digital marketing with excellent copywriting, creative skills and proficient at email marketing, social media and content marketing platforms.

As Content & Social Media Executive, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the development and management of social, CRM, email and content marketing programs
  • Manage the digital marketing budget for maximum efficiency and ROI
  • Oversee design and delivery of creative including display banners, hero images for landing pages, microsites, and graphics for social media channels.
  • Edit and proof read website content and social content provided by social media agency
  • Develop and publish end to end reporting metrics for all the digital channels
  • Delivery, planning and creation of Email Marketing campaigns to customer databases and loyalty programmes.
  • Plan and manage all global owned and earned media programs
  • Work closely with digital marketing agencies to develop and modify strategy to suit business needs

Skills:

  • Exceptional copywriting skills
  • Experience with web analytics tools and data driven approach to marketing
  • Creative flair with knowledge of HTML tools and Adobe CS
  • Experience in online marketing in an agency or client environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a faced-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
