Person specification:

  • 2+ years' experience in communications, public relations, engagement or corporate affairs
  • Outgoing and confident personality - this role will involve working with diverse groups across internal and external partnerships. Full training will be given and the post holder will be expected to attend meetings/ events/ conferences representing the organisation and interests of the working group
  • This role would suit a highly organised individual who thrives off juggling various tasks sometimes under time constraints
  • An analytical mind set - able to measure and review the success of marketing activities and tailor future campaigns as relevant
  • Previous work in property/ construction/ building would be helpful but is not essential
  • Valid UK driving license and vehicle essential (the role is based on a business park and will entail some travel - not a huge degree or long distances but the ability to drive would certainly help!)

The client is looking for the following demonstrable experience:

  • Supporting with planning and delivering work stream communications to drive engagement and participation in the program
  • Arranging, coordinating and running meetings, workshops and roundtable discussions
  • Capturing data and analysis from campaigns and tailoring future communications accordingly
  • Stakeholder management - internally and externally
  • Producing high quality digital and print content supporting communications across the working group and generating engagement with new organisations/ individuals

The client is offering a 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract initially with scope to extend. The role will be based in their Watford office with light travel across London/ South East England.
