Are you a strong Communication Planning Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge with one of the world's largest companies?

About you:

You will be a proactive and creative individual who can react well under pressure with excellent management skills. A proven track record of driving efficient project delivery across a number of teams. Experience in managing significant communication projects across multiple stakeholders and regions. Proven track record in media planning or equivalent. Excellent organisational skills with full us of tools in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

About the Role:

The role sits within the Communications Projects team, an in-house 'agency' which drives the creativity and innovation. Other responsibilities include;

  • Management - Adopt agile methods to direct day-to-day operations of the team and prioritize demands made of Communications Coordinators team or flexible resources
  • Planning - Develop budgets and schedules (as a Scrum Master) for a multitude of campaign- or project-related activity; keeps track of team capacity and availability of resources across multiple channels, Communications teams and/or agencies; monitors and tracks progress, providing data on utilization
  • Monitoring - Reinforce campaign planning and engagement
  • Procurement - Delegation of Authority to appoint or renew of third party resources
  • Leads a team of 3-4
  • Manage third party spend on behalf of Head of Communications Projects and other communications business partners. Negotiates terms and manage relationships across a list of preferred suppliers with expertise in employee communications/engagement, internal marketing and brand.
